Q: Do you only work on Corvettes and exotics? A: Charleston Supercar was created for sports cars. While we specialize in Corvettes, McLaren, Lamborghini, Audi R8, and Aston Martin, we service most modern sports cars and select luxury vehicles—provided we can meet OEM or better standards.

Q: How do I book? A: Use the "Schedule an Appointment" buttons across our site (they connect to our shop software). Prefer a call-back? Leave your info and we’ll reach out.

Q: What’s your diagnostics process and price? A: Diagnostics start at $175 for sports cars and $250+ for exotics. We use OEM-level tools and guided test plans—no parts-dart throwing. If more than an hour is needed, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

Q: Do you do alignments and track setups? A: Yes—precision 4-wheel alignments and street/track hybrid setups, including Mag Ride calibration and ride-height adjustments where applicable.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on your work? A: Yes. All labor is covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first). Parts are covered under their manufacturer’s warranty. We’ll also help coordinate any warranty claims for parts we supply. (No warranty on customer supplied parts)

Q: Do you work on Porsche? A: Yes, case-by-case. If a Porsche-only boutique is a better fit, we’re happy to recommend options—or we can take care of you here.

Q: Do you work on daily drivers? A: We focus on sports cars, supercars, and select luxury. For non-performance vehicles, we generally service models 12 years old or newer. Share your info and we’ll confirm.

Q: How far out should I book? A: Availability depends on the service and season. For routine maintenance, we can often book within a week. For larger jobs or performance projects, we recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance.

Q: Do you offer pick-up or delivery? A: Concierge services may be available on request for high-value vehicles or out-of-town clients. Contact us to discuss arrangements.

Q: Do you install customer-supplied parts? A: To protect quality and warranty coverage, we normally source parts through our trusted suppliers. We can install customer-supplied parts, but please note that labor warranty does not apply in these cases. Share the details of the parts you’d like installed and we’ll confirm if we can help.

Q: Do you service track cars or modified vehicles? A: Yes, in select cases. We offer track-focused alignments, suspension adjustments, and performance upgrades. For highly modified or competition-use vehicles, we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. For larger projects (like performance builds), deposits or prepayment for parts may be required.

Q: Do you require a deposit? A: For routine maintenance, no deposit is required. For performance upgrades or high-value parts orders, we typically require full prepayment for parts before scheduling installation.

Q: What happens if my car has an issue after service? A: Contact us immediately. We’ll inspect the issue under warranty guidelines. Our reputation is built on trust, and we stand behind the work we perform.
