Charleston Supercar Warranty Policy
At Charleston Supercar, we stand behind the quality of our work and want you to feel confident in every repair or upgrade we perform. That’s why we offer the following warranty coverage on our services:
Labor Warranty
✅ 12-Month / 12,000-Mile Warranty – We guarantee our labor on all repairs for one year or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. If a warrantied part fails during this period, we will cover the labor cost to replace it.
✅ After 12 Months – If a part carries a manufacturer’s warranty longer than 12 months, Charleston Supercar will assist in the replacement process, but the customer is responsible for labor costs beyond the initial 12-month/12,000-mile period.
Parts Warranty
🛠️ Most parts include a manufacturer’s warranty, which varies by brand. We will honor those warranties and handle claims on your behalf.
🛠️ If a part fails due to defect within its warranty period, we will replace it under the terms of our labor warranty (above).
What’s Not Covered
⚠️ Racing or aftermarket components (unless covered by the manufacturer).
⚠️ Failures caused by misuse, accidents, or modifications not performed by us.
⚠️ Normal wear items (brake pads, clutches, tires, etc.).
⚠️ Customer-supplied parts (labor warranty only, we are not responsible for customer supplied parts issues).
